July 1st Monthly Meeting

Westside Cruisers is hosting the Poker Run for the show, which will be at Clarke County Fairgounds on June 28th.

Westside Cruisers will be showing some of our cars that this show, which will be at the Portland Expo Center on July 13 and 14.

This event will benefit Aloha High School Homeless Kids

Come and join us for the 5th annual Fun in the Sun Rally Run to be held on September 22nd 2012

Here are the details so far:

When: September 22th 2012, 9:30 am
Where: Leaves from Peppermill Restaurant 17455 SW Farmington Rd #26B Aloha Oregon
Why: To benefit Aloha High School Homeless Kids and just for fun
Who: You! Sign up now
What else:
- $30 per car entry fee, includes 2 lunchs
- Poker Hands $1 per card
- You don't need a "Hot" car
- You do need at least 2 people per car (one driver and one navigator)
- Door Prizes
- People's Choice Award
- BBQ at the Secret Rally Destination afterwards
- Live 60's Music
- Bring a chair and we'll see you there!
Proceeds to be divided as follows:
- 1/3 to Closest Timed Trial
- 1/3 to Charity Aloha High School Homeless Kids
- 1/3 to Club to help cover the cost of the event

Also, please note that while we are a registered non-profit corporation in Oregon, we are not a 501(c)3 and donations are not tax deductible.

Contribute to a worthy cause, and get some exposure for your business at the same time. The Westside Cruisers are looking for sponsors for our 5th Annual Charity Fun Run in September.

To keep it simple we have only one class of sponsorship for a very affordable $250.
